MostWanted Team are a group of experienced headhunters and consultants.
All of us have worked in a wide variety of organizations (Corporate, private, enterprise and startups) and understand what it takes to work with executive leaders and HR functions.
The team relies on close associate circles of network and intimate acquaintance with market executive leaders, take full responsibility for the process until all parties are fully satisfied.
Executive search requires excellence in strategic thinking, project management, client and candidate communication, and attention to detail.

Nitzan has over 20 years of experience in recruiting for the software industry. Worked at Motorola, NCR, Microsoft and Verint. Nitzan is a Vocational & Organizational Psychologist, with a BA in Psychology from the University of Haifa, and an MA in Vocational Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.

Hila has over 20 years of experience in recruitment and HR management. In her previous roles, she was a Recruitment Manager and VP HR of successful companies in the online marketing industry. Michal holds over 16 years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated history as Talent Acquisition in leading corporate company, global start-up company, and executive search consulting companies. She gained skills in all aspects of recruitment, executive search and sourcing, across wide range of sectors, including High-Tech, Multidisciplinary and Life Sciences. She brings diagnostic capability combined with structured work methodologies.
